  • Built Sales Engineer enablement programs that give SEs demo-ready depth: product narratives, competitive positioning, and hands-on labs so field teams can sell and prove value with confidence.
  • Designed and launched the Cribl Certified program end-to-end — four certification tracks spanning User, Admin (Stream & Edge), and Engineer — with study guides, assessments, and practical scenarios that mirror real deployments.
  • Created customer enablement curricula including Getting Started courses that take new users from zero to a working pipeline, plus How-To libraries that answer day-two questions without waiting on Support.
  • Shipped modular learning paths (25+ curriculum tracks, 300+ courses) covering Stream, Edge, and Search so learners can follow a guided path or drop into a focused how-to when they need it.
  • Authored and maintained hands-on labs and guided exercises that recreate production-like environments — parsers, routes, packs, and troubleshooting — so certification and enablement stick beyond the classroom.
  • Partnered with Product, Engineering, Support, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering to keep training aligned with every release, so enablement and certification never lag the product.
  • Produced instructor-led materials, demos, and technical videos that support both self-paced customer journeys and live SE / partner workshops.
  • Used AI-assisted workflows to speed content creation, assessment design, QA, and curriculum updates without sacrificing technical accuracy.
  • Defined content standards and reusable frameworks that let the education team scale consistently across SE, customer, and certification audiences.
